We're looking for an exceptional UX Designer to join our growing Engineering team to support the development of designs that are innovative and intuitive, ensuring brand consistency and quality throughout. If you're comfortable evolving ideas, getting stuck into ideation and workshop sessions and tailoring designs to meet user expectations and behaviours then this role is for you.

You'll be responsible for:

• Facilitating the creation of wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate design thinking
• Developing ideas and designs that are customer-centred
• Production of visuals that demonstrate strong UI and UX understanding
• Developing ideas and designs that are customer-centred
• Documenting and sharing insights across the business
• Creating ideas and designs based on customer insights and data which feed into A/B Testing/Optimisation
• Supporting user testing and the undertaking of preliminary research where necessary

• An inquisitive creative, capable of delivering well thought through designs
• Passionate about design and have a good eye for detail
• A user-focused, design thinking enthusiast
• Love complex problems and exploring new ways to solve them
• Have a genuine interest in new, future technologies
• Strong sense of commercial awareness and is integrated into the UX/Design market
• A team player who works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary agile team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
• Ability to take ownership of design work
• Experience of working with brand guidelines and implementing them into UI and design patterns
