COVID Mitigation Measures / Entry Policy:
Things will change and evolve between now and when these events take place, but rest assured that alongside our venue partners The Drumsheds, we employ suitable mitigation measures to ensure the safety of absolutely everyone involved, from our customers and staff, to the artists and their teams. This is paramount. Please visit the The Drumsheds website for full details.
Cancellations / Refunds:
In the eventuality that either of these events are cancelled, for whatever reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket, or same-value credit to another Hydra event of your choosing. Either option is entirely at your own discretion.
Should either event be postponed, your tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date(s). If you cannot make the new date(s), or no longer wish to attend, you will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket, or same-value credit to another Hydra event of your choosing. Again, the choice here is entirely at your own discretion.
Please note, as a general rule booking fees are non-refundable, but please check with the outlet you purchased your ticket from.
